I just had the best morning in months! I dont have lessons until 3 pm so I started by 200 crunches and 100 jumping jacks followed by 3 cups of coffee and a 45 minute walk. On a empty stomach... Weight this morning was 55.9kg  and I am aiming to hit 51 kg in 3 months. I think i can actually do this... I am getting ready to leave the house and I am listening to music and going through my clothes and the for the first time in weeks i think I look kind of good...

 

Oh, and I have been fasting for 17 hours. I know its not much but its a good start. :)
