Today intakes:
Breakfast:
Yougurt and banana and some dried berries
Lunch:
Piece of bread and about 20 g of pork sauce ( forced to eat..)
Dinner:
Soup
Calories: about 650...
Leaving to practise in an hour. Gym class starting... I so need this. I am fighting with myself not to go and puke everything out...
